The Broker — The Short Version
TabTrade launched in Q1 2026. Online broker based in Saint Lucia, regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Before this, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.
That last detail is relevant. It means the leadership has actually done this before. That is not a guarantee. But better than a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that launched in March 2026, the breadth is broad.
What You Trade On
They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. Many pick one platform. Access to both makes a difference. Pick what suits your style.
MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have traded on MT4 or MT5 before, there are no surprises.
cTrader is the more modern one. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Native automated trading. A lot of traders find it more natural after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is there for bots but requires the VIP tier ($25k minimum). TradingView is reportedly on the roadmap. That would be a good addition when it lands.
Accounts and Pricing
Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Commission-free. Simple. No minimum deposit. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.
Edge account. Raw spreads from 0.0 pips average. Commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On majors, the raw spread is often a fraction of a pip. Meaning your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is good for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most brokers that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. This broker has no minimum.
VIP. $25,000 minimum. FIX connectivity, execution under 20ms, tailored rates. Not relevant to typical accounts. Skip it unless you move real size.
How Fast Are the Fills
This is the area where TabTrade stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform quote a much wider range.
Does it matter? For short-term trading, it does. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is profit or loss on tight trades. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. The point is they invested in proper execution. That says they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Combine that execution speed with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get makes sense. Hardly anyone in this bracket run Equinix connectivity.
The FSRA Question
Here is the thing that requires honesty. Tab Trade is licensed by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No FCA. No government-backed safety net. If that makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. There are ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
But. The person running it spent years at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup costs real money. Dodgy operations do not invest in Equinix connectivity. None of this guarantee anything. But be part of your assessment.
The trade-off: you give up tier-1 protection. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether this deal is worth it is your call.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade offers bonus funds of up to two thousand dollars. Typical deposit match. You fund your account, TabTrade add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before funding.
